Every paid plan includes all channels, the voice agent, and automated actions like booking, lead capture, and human handoff.
Message figures are estimates, not entitlements. A typical answered message uses roughly 35–62 AI credits, and real consumption moves with the model you run, how long messages are, how much knowledge is retrieved, and whether voice or agent actions are involved. Credits are the unit we bill.
Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. Taxes are calculated from your billing information, in the places where we are required to collect them.

How do AI credits work?
Every paid plan includes a monthly pool of AI credits: Starter 150k, Pro 1M, Business 4M. A typical message uses roughly 35-62 credits, so the allowance maps to thousands of conversations. Per-workspace spend caps mean costs never surprise you.
What if I run out of credits in a month?
Buy a one-time top-up pack (from $29 for 150,000 credits) or upgrade your plan. Your monthly allowance refreshes at the start of each billing cycle.
Can I save with annual billing?
Yes. Paying yearly saves about 20% on Starter, Pro, and Business compared with paying month to month.
Can I remove Supportweave branding?
The 'Powered by Supportweave' badge is removable on Pro and Business. Full white-label, meaning your own domain, branded emails, and multi-client workspaces, is part of the reseller plans.
What does the Free plan include?
One chatbot and 50 messages a month, so you can see how the agent answers on your own content. Plans aren't self-serve yet: book a demo and we'll set up the tier that matches your volume and channels.
Do you offer an agency / reseller plan?
Yes. Resellers get full white-label, multi-client workspaces, and a shared AI-credit pool. See our for-agencies page or book an agency demo.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you like — no lock-in. Upgrades take effect right away; downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of your current billing period, and the Free plan is there to try everything before you pay.
Do you offer custom plans?
Yes. If the published tiers don't fit (bigger credit pools, more client workspaces, custom limits), email help@supportweave.com and we'll put together a bespoke plan for your team or agency.
How are reseller plans billed?
Reseller plans are billed monthly: Accelerator $149, Growth $249, Pro $499, and Enterprise $999, each with a pooled credit allowance and a set number of branded client workspaces. You can cancel anytime, and custom pools beyond Enterprise are available through sales.
