Supportweave Fair Use and Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: July 10, 2026

Purpose and scope

This Fair Use and Acceptable Use Policy governs access to and use of Supportweave, an AI customer-support platform owned and operated by Techparser, LLC.

In this policy, “Supportweave”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Techparser, LLC in its capacity as the owner and operator of the Supportweave platform. “You” and “your” refer to the individual or organization using Supportweave, including customers, workspace members, resellers, agencies, clients, and authorized end users.

Supportweave is designed to support substantial legitimate business use. This policy establishes the limits necessary to keep the platform secure, reliable, compliant, and fairly available to all customers.

This policy forms part of the Supportweave Terms of Service. By accessing or using Supportweave, you agree to comply with this policy.

How usage is measured

Paid Supportweave plans may be measured using AI credits, messages, conversations, minutes, storage, seats, workspaces, connected channels, knowledge sources, API activity, or other usage metrics described on the applicable pricing page, order form, subscription plan, or account dashboard.

AI credits may be consumed by AI-powered activities including chatbot responses, voice interactions, transcription, agent actions, knowledge processing, document parsing, crawling, embeddings, retrieval, classification, summarization, sentiment analysis, lead scoring, and related AI operations, depending on your configuration.

Each paid plan includes the allowances and limits stated for that plan. One-time credit or usage top-ups may be offered where available. Free plans may operate under fixed message, feature, workspace, or monthly usage limits.

Usage estimates, message estimates, and credit estimates are provided for guidance only. Actual consumption may vary based on model selection, input and output length, conversation complexity, knowledge-base size, retrieval configuration, connected channels, enabled actions, integrations, voice duration, and third-party-provider requirements.

Usage is generally recorded when an eligible operation is submitted, processed, generated, transmitted, or completed. Failed, retried, interrupted, or partially completed operations may consume usage where third-party or infrastructure costs have already been incurred.

Disabling or deleting a chatbot, knowledge source, workspace member, integration, or other resource may free an active-capacity slot where the applicable limit is based on active resources. It does not reverse usage, credits, messages, minutes, storage, or costs already consumed.

Usage limits and spend controls

You may be able to configure workspace-level or client-level usage limits, credit allocations, spending caps, or notification thresholds. You are responsible for selecting, reviewing, and maintaining appropriate limits for your organization and its users.

If an account reaches its credit allowance, message quota, spend cap, storage limit, rate limit, or another plan restriction, Supportweave may pause, limit, queue, downgrade, or disable certain AI-powered features until additional capacity is purchased, limits reset, or the account is upgraded.

Human handoff, access to existing conversations, billing functions, exports, or other non-AI features may remain available where technically supported, but continued availability is not guaranteed.

Usage limits are not a substitute for monitoring your account. Techparser, LLC is not responsible for costs or usage resulting from configurations, integrations, client activity, compromised credentials, automation errors, or unauthorized access that you failed to prevent or report promptly.

Acceptable use

You may use Supportweave to provide customer support, sales assistance, lead qualification, appointment scheduling, information retrieval, workflow automation, and related services for your own organization or for clients you are authorized to represent.

You are responsible for the knowledge sources you upload or connect, the channels you enable, the prompts and instructions you configure, the actions your agents perform, the messages they send, and the outputs presented to end users.

You must have all rights, permissions, licenses, legal bases, and authorizations required to upload, process, use, transmit, or disclose content and personal information through Supportweave.

You must provide all legally required privacy, AI, recording, transcription, messaging, and automated-decision notices to end users and obtain any consent required by applicable law.

You must clearly disclose when an end user is interacting with an AI system where such disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to prevent deception or confusion.

You must comply with the terms, policies, technical requirements, consent rules, sender requirements, and usage restrictions of every connected messaging, email, telephony, social-media, workplace, payment, and integration provider.

You must implement appropriate human review and escalation for sensitive, consequential, regulated, or high-risk interactions.

Prohibited use

  • Using Supportweave for any illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.
  • Sending unsolicited bulk messages, spam, unlawful marketing communications, or outreach that violates email, messaging, telephony, social-platform, consent, or sender-identification requirements.
  • Creating, uploading, transmitting, promoting, or facilitating hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, violent, exploitative, discriminatory, infringing, or privacy-violating content.
  • Using Supportweave to impersonate another person or organization, misrepresent identity or authority, conceal that users are interacting with an automated system where disclosure is required, or otherwise deceive end users.
  • Using Supportweave for phishing, credential theft, account takeover, social engineering, malware distribution, malicious redirects, fraudulent lead capture, or unauthorized collection of authentication or payment credentials.
  • Attempting to probe, scan, test, reverse engineer, scrape, attack, compromise, or circumvent Supportweave, its infrastructure, its security controls, or any connected system without prior written authorization from Techparser, LLC.
  • Attempting to bypass authentication, authorization, workspace isolation, plan restrictions, billing requirements, rate limits, AI-credit usage, quotas, spend caps, geographic controls, or other technical or commercial restrictions.
  • Uploading malicious files, prompts, instructions, payloads, scripts, links, or content intended to compromise Supportweave, another customer, an end user, a connected provider, or a third-party system.
  • Using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, load tests, stress tests, denial-of-service techniques, or excessive high-volume activity that degrades platform performance or availability unless expressly approved in writing by Techparser, LLC.
  • Using APIs, webhooks, browser automation, connected actions, or integrations to access unauthorized information, overload systems, evade controls, create abusive traffic, or disrupt a third-party service.
  • Copying, reselling, sublicensing, sharing, transferring, or commercially exploiting Supportweave outside the rights granted under your plan, order form, reseller agreement, or other written agreement with Techparser, LLC.
  • Using Supportweave in violation of applicable sanctions, export-control restrictions, trade restrictions, or laws concerning prohibited countries, organizations, individuals, or activities.
  • Using Supportweave to promote, facilitate, transact in, or provide support for goods or services that are illegal or prohibited by applicable payment, infrastructure, messaging, or technology providers.
  • Using Supportweave to generate or distribute content intended to interfere with elections, suppress voting, impersonate public officials, or deceptively influence political participation.
  • Using Supportweave to make fully automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without any required notice, lawful basis, safeguards, review process, and opportunity for human intervention.

Adult content and sexual services

You may not use Supportweave to create, host, support, automate, market, promote, or provide customer service for pornography, sexually explicit content, adult entertainment, escort services, sexual services, fetish content, adult dating services, or any website, business, campaign, or workflow primarily related to explicit sexual content.

You may not use Supportweave for sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, sexual content involving minors, trafficking, abuse, coercion, grooming, or any unlawful sexual content or activity.

Techparser, LLC may determine, in its reasonable discretion, whether a business, website, workflow, or use case falls within these restrictions.

Regulated and high-risk data

You may not use Supportweave to process protected health information, regulated medical records, payment-card data, government identification numbers, biometric identifiers, highly sensitive financial information, or other specially regulated data unless Techparser, LLC has expressly approved the use in writing and any required agreement has been executed.

Supportweave must not be used as a substitute for a licensed medical, legal, financial, tax, emergency, or other regulated professional.

You may not configure Supportweave to independently provide medical diagnoses, prescribe treatment, deliver legal conclusions, make investment decisions, determine creditworthiness, assess insurance eligibility, make employment decisions, or perform other consequential professional or regulated functions without appropriate qualified human oversight and all legally required safeguards.

You must not use Supportweave as the sole communication method for emergency services, crisis intervention, life-safety alerts, medical emergencies, physical-security incidents, or other situations in which delayed, incorrect, or unavailable responses could cause serious harm.

AI outputs and human oversight

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, offensive, or unsuitable for a particular context. You are responsible for testing and monitoring your agents, reviewing their knowledge sources, limiting their permitted actions, and implementing appropriate escalation and human-review procedures.

You must not represent AI-generated output as independently verified, professionally approved, or guaranteed accurate unless it has been reviewed and approved by a qualified person.

You are responsible for ensuring that automated actions, recommendations, classifications, and responses do not unlawfully discriminate against individuals or produce prohibited outcomes.

Techparser, LLC may introduce technical safeguards, output restrictions, usage warnings, moderation controls, or action limits where reasonably necessary to reduce risk or comply with provider requirements.

Messaging, email, and telephony

You are responsible for obtaining all consent required for outbound messages, marketing communications, calls, recordings, transcriptions, automated dialing, AI-generated voice interactions, and similar communications.

You must honor unsubscribe, opt-out, do-not-call, suppression, and consent-withdrawal requests promptly and in accordance with applicable law and provider requirements.

You must use accurate sender information and must not spoof phone numbers, email addresses, domains, identities, or message origins.

Techparser, LLC may restrict or disable messaging, email, telephony, or channel functionality where activity creates deliverability, carrier, provider, compliance, fraud, or reputational risk.

Security and account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of passwords, API keys, webhook secrets, integration credentials, channel credentials, access tokens, and other authentication information associated with your account.

You must assign users only the permissions they reasonably require and promptly revoke access for users, contractors, clients, or team members who no longer require it.

You must promptly notify Techparser, LLC if you discover or reasonably suspect unauthorized access, credential compromise, abusive activity, security vulnerabilities, or misuse of Supportweave.

You may not publish, exploit, or disclose a suspected Supportweave vulnerability in a manner that creates risk to Techparser, LLC, other customers, end users, or connected providers.

Rate limits and abuse prevention

Techparser, LLC may apply rate limits, concurrency limits, usage controls, credit checks, spending caps, content controls, automated abuse detection, fraud screening, and other safeguards to protect Supportweave and its users.

We may throttle, queue, pause, restrict, disable, or suspend activity that threatens platform stability, security, availability, deliverability, legal compliance, third-party-provider relationships, or the experience of other customers.

Where reasonably practical and safe, we may notify you and provide an opportunity to correct the issue. For serious, repeated, fraudulent, illegal, harmful, or security-sensitive activity, Techparser, LLC may act immediately and without prior notice.

Attempting to distribute abusive activity across multiple accounts, workspaces, API keys, domains, payment methods, or connected channels is itself a violation of this policy.

Resellers, agencies, and white-label customers

If you provide Supportweave workspaces, services, or white-label functionality to clients, this policy applies to you, your clients, their users, and their use of Supportweave.

You are responsible for ensuring that your clients receive and comply with appropriate terms, privacy disclosures, consent requirements, channel policies, and acceptable-use restrictions.

You are responsible for your clients’ content, connected channels, outreach, automations, AI configurations, integrations, and activities performed through your reseller or agency account.

You are responsible for configuring appropriate client permissions, limits, credit allocations, usage controls, and spending caps.

Client usage may consume credits or allowances from your reseller organization. Excessive, prohibited, or abusive client activity may affect your reseller account, credit pool, connected channels, client workspaces, or continued access to reseller and white-label features.

Techparser, LLC may suspend or terminate an individual client workspace without suspending the entire reseller organization, or may suspend the reseller organization where broader risk or repeated violations exist.

Monitoring and investigation

Techparser, LLC may use automated systems and manual review to identify fraud, abuse, security threats, prohibited activity, unusual usage, policy violations, or risks to Supportweave and connected providers.

Where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected misuse, we may review relevant account information, configurations, logs, metadata, content, messages, integration activity, and usage records in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

You agree to cooperate with reasonable investigations and to provide information necessary to verify your identity, authority, business model, use case, data sources, consent practices, or compliance with this policy.

Enforcement

Techparser, LLC generally seeks to resolve minor or unintentional issues before taking account-level enforcement action. However, the nature, severity, frequency, impact, and legal risk of a violation will determine the appropriate response.

Violations may result in warnings, usage throttling, rate-limit changes, content removal, feature restrictions, channel restrictions, AI-action restrictions, API or webhook disabling, credential revocation, chatbot suspension, workspace suspension, reseller-client suspension, account suspension, or termination under the Supportweave Terms of Service.

We may block traffic, remove or restrict content, disable integrations, revoke API keys, prevent additional account creation, preserve relevant records, notify affected providers, or take other measures reasonably necessary to protect Techparser, LLC, Supportweave, customers, end users, connected providers, or the public.

Techparser, LLC may report suspected illegal activity to law-enforcement authorities, regulators, affected service providers, or other appropriate parties where required or permitted by law.

Suspension or termination for a policy violation does not automatically entitle you to a refund, credit, or reimbursement, subject to applicable law and the Supportweave Terms of Service.

Changes to this policy

Techparser, LLC may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to Supportweave, our pricing or usage model, legal requirements, provider restrictions, security practices, or operational needs.

When this policy is updated, the revised version will be posted on this page and the “Last updated” date will be changed.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice of material changes through Supportweave, by email, or through another appropriate communication method.
