Launch AI customer support for every client under your own brand
Give each account its own branded workspace, draw every client's usage from one pooled plan, and keep the relationship and the pricing. Supportweave contracts with you, not with your clients.

Your brand
on the dashboard, the widget & supported email domains
The agency opportunity
A recurring line you can add to every retainer
AI support is something you can configure once, present as your own, and bill monthly, next to the sites and campaigns you already manage.
Recurring, not another project
Support runs every month, so it bills every month. It sits alongside the retainers you already invoice instead of competing with project work.
Closer to the client's business
The agent lives on the site you built and answers from the knowledge you curate, which keeps you in the conversations their customers are having.
Delivery without new headcount
One console runs every client, so the tenth workspace costs you configuration time rather than another hire.
The surfaces your clients use carry your brand
Your logo and colors on the dashboard and the widget, your domain, your sender address. We stay the supplier behind your agency rather than a name in front of your clients.
Your brand, front and center
Logo, colors, greeting, and theme across the client dashboard and the chat widget on their site.
Supported custom domains
Serve the app and the widget from a domain you control, so day-to-day work happens on your URL.
Branded email sending
Notification and transactional email goes out under your sender name and address on supported domains.
One console for every client
Provision workspaces, manage roles and seats, and review usage from a single agency login.
Pooled AI credits
One monthly credit pool shared across clients, with a spend cap on each individual workspace.
Run every client from one console
The plan you're on, the credits left in the pool, and the client workspaces drawing on it, without switching logins.

Provisioning
From new client to live agent
The same four steps for every account, run from the agency console.
Create the workspace
Add a client from the agency console, name their workspace, and decide how much of the credit pool it may draw.
Apply your branding
Set your agency's logo, colors, and sender details once — every client workspace, dashboard, and email inherits your white-label automatically.
Load their knowledge
Crawl the client's site, upload their documents, add Q&A pairs, then review the answers in the Playground before anything goes public.
Hand over access
Invite the client's team with the roles you choose, or keep the workspace fully managed and report on it yourself.
One pool, one cap per client
Your plan buys a monthly pool of AI credits. You decide how much of it each client workspace may draw, and the console shows what is left.
- Every client workspace draws from the same monthly pool
- A per-client spend cap stops one busy account draining the rest
- Usage alerts fire as a workspace approaches its cap
- The remaining pool balance is visible in the console at any time
- Top up or move to a larger pool when the client mix changes
Credit allowances are set by your plan and reset at the start of each billing cycle.
Start every client from a template, not a blank page
Open each new client on a built-in industry template — a tuned persona, a sample FAQ, and a starter knowledge base — then adapt it to their business.
Industry templates
Open a new client on a built-in template for their vertical — a tuned persona, a sample FAQ, and a starter knowledge base — instead of a blank workspace.
Sample content, ready to edit
Each template seeds FAQ and policy docs flagged 'edit me', so you keep what fits the client, rewrite the rest, and publish.
One starting baseline
Every client opens from the same template, so the starting quality stays consistent as your team and client book grow.
Packaging
Ways agencies can package it
Three shapes to start from. We deliberately don't publish a suggested client price: what the service is worth depends on your market and the scope you wrap around it.
Add-on to an existing retainer
Bundle a branded agent into the care plan you already bill, with an uplift covering the workspace and your review time.
Managed support service
A standalone monthly fee for the workspace, knowledge upkeep, escalation rules, and a monthly conversation report.
Build fee plus monthly
Bill the build once — knowledge, branding, actions, testing — then a smaller recurring fee to keep it running.
Estimate the margin before you sell it
Revenue minus your plan fee, using numbers you enter. The calculator runs on our published list prices, with nothing benchmarked against other agencies.
- You set the client price; the calculator simply starts from a hypothetical $99 per client per month
- Your platform cost is the monthly plan fee, whatever the client mix
- Per-client spend caps keep one heavy workspace from eating the margin
- Add clients up to your plan's workspace allowance without renegotiating

An estimate built on the calculator's starting inputs, not a market rate or a customer result. The $99 is a placeholder you choose; your own pricing, client count, and usage decide the outcome.
How agency onboarding works

Who owns what
Every client workspace is isolated from the others, the data inside it belongs to your client, and your agency stays the contracting party throughout.
- Strict per-workspace tenant isolation between every client
- Export or delete a client's data when the engagement ends
- Per-workspace retention windows with automatic purge
- We don't train foundation models on your clients' content
- Audit logs record who did what, in which workspace

Agency questions
How the white-label program, the credit pool, and the plans actually work.
Can I sell this under my own brand?
Yes. The client dashboard and the chat widget carry your logo, colors, and theme, notification email goes out under your sender details, and the app and widget can be served from a supported custom domain. Supportweave contracts with your agency, not with your clients.
How do pooled AI credits work across clients?
Your plan includes one monthly credit pool. Every client workspace draws from it, and you set a spend cap per workspace so a single client cannot consume the pool. The remaining balance is visible in the agency console and the allowance resets each billing cycle.
What happens when a client approaches their cap?
Usage alerts fire as a workspace nears its cap. You can raise that client's cap out of the credits still in the pool, top the pool up, or move to a larger plan.
How many client workspaces do I get?
Workspaces are allocated per plan (Accelerator 15, Growth 30, Pro 70). Enterprise workspace counts are agreed with us, and the pooled credit allowance applies on every plan.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. What you charge each client is entirely your decision; your cost is the monthly plan fee. The agency margin calculator does the arithmetic on our published list prices using numbers you enter.
Is the agency program available today?
Supportweave is pre-launch, so agency accounts are set up through a conversation with us rather than public signup. Book an agency demo and we'll walk through the console and the plan that fits your client book.
