How to add an AI chatbot to Squarespace

Squarespace's Code Injection feature is the cleanest way to add a site-wide script, which means your Supportweave agent goes live on every page with a single paste.

What you'll need

• A Supportweave workspace (set up during your demo)
• Your embed snippet from the Install tab
• A Squarespace Business plan or higher (Code Injection requirement)

Step 1: Copy your embed snippet

In Supportweave, open your chatbot → Install tab and copy the script:

Step 2: Add it via Code Injection

1. 1In Squarespace, go to Settings → Advanced → Code Injection.
2. 2Paste the snippet into the Footer box.
3. 3Click Save.

Step 3: Open your live site

Visit your published site. The chat bubble appears bottom-right across every page. Ask it a question to confirm it's answering from your knowledge base.
